Engines with unlimited power. Entitles you to drive boats up to 20 m in length regardless of engine power.
Unlimited power engines. With this level of license you can drive boats up to 20 m in length regardless of their engine power. This is therefore a suitable license for sports motorboats, motorhomes or powerful jet skis.
The theoretical part will take you one Saturday. Since these are powerful motor boats with unlimited engine power, you need to try sailing on such a boat and learn how to handle it correctly and safely. Therefore, practical training is also required for this type of license. It takes place on a motor boat in our marina in Davle near Prague and usually lasts half a day. You will try sailing at high speed "in the slipway", learn basic port maneuvers and sail through a lock. An individual date can be arranged by telephone.
With this license you can drive any motorboat or any scooter. It is similar to the difference between a scooter and a powerful road motorcycle. Boats with large engines can be dangerous if handled incorrectly. Therefore, we will focus on safety in both the theoretical and practical parts of the training.
Anywhere on inland waters. And all over the world. Most countries in the world require at least some kind of license to drive a boat. Driving a boat without a license is the same offense as driving a car without a driver's license. For citizens of the Czech Republic, the basic license is this license, the so-called "Small Vessel Master".
To obtain a license for unlimited engine power, you must complete theoretical and practical training. Only after completing both parts can you apply for the final theoretical exam at the Navigation Authority.
Theoretical training takes place regularly on Saturdays and Sundays in Prague. We deal with the legislation that applies to inland and maritime navigation. This knowledge is a basic requirement for obtaining a license of all categories.
We offer theory courses both in person and online. Courses run every month.
Pro tuto úroveň je vyžadován praktický výcvik. Ten se koná většinou v následujícím týdnu na naší lodi na Vltavě. Vyrážíme z naší mariny v Davli u Prahy a praktická část trvá zhruba 2 hodiny. Součástí ceny praxe není nevratný administrativní registrační poplatek + palivový příplatek.
After completing the practical part, you can register for the final theoretical exam, which takes place at the branches of the Navigation Office in Prague, Děčín and Přerov. Registering online is very simple. You will need a digital copy of the doctor's certificate and a confirmation of completion of the practical part of the course, which you will receive by email from us. The administrative fee of CZK 500 must be paid online by credit card.
The VMP certificate is a puzzle that can be expanded with additional pieces of your skills.
