OCEAN CRUISE
You can't do more for your captain's qualification. A seagoing "A" is the pinnacle of what can be achieved. If you have the ambition to sail from Europe to the Caribbean, you will need this top seagoing qualification. There are no longer any distance or weather restrictions. The only restriction is the length of the seagoing yacht, i.e. up to 24 meters.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE PASSPORT?
The validity period of a seagoing yacht pilot's license is 10 years. To extend it, it is sufficient to prove that you have sailed at least 500 nautical miles in the last ten years before the expiration date.
