The exam will take place in the municipal office building in Prague Ďáblice at the following address:

Bring navigation aids and your ID card.

The exam price consists of a reservation fee (500 CZK) and an on-site exam fee (1,700 CZK).

After booking a date, you need to pay a reservation fee of 500 CZK to your account within 5 working days. Pay the fee to the account 275806089/0300. Please include your name in the payment note.

Without a fee, your reservation is invalid. Free change of date is possible no later than 14 days before the date. In case of health problems, we will change the date free of charge, but we will require confirmation from a doctor; without confirmation, you will lose the reservation fee.

Please also bring 1500 CZK for the exam fee (in cash) to the exam..

You do not need to bring a confirmation from your doctor and other necessary documents to submit your application; your application will be processed after the exam.
